Full Job Description
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms
- Providing technical support for PhonePe services
- Resolving customer complaints, disputes, and billing issues
- Documenting customer interactions, transactions, and issues using appropriate software and tools
- Educating customers on the features and benefits of PhonePe services
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for improving customer experience
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets for customer satisfaction, call handling time, and productivity
- Representing the company in a positive manner and upholding its values.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹23,000.00 per month
