Full Job Description

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms
  • Providing technical support for PhonePe services
  • Resolving customer complaints, disputes, and billing issues
  • Documenting customer interactions, transactions, and issues using appropriate software and tools
  • Educating customers on the features and benefits of PhonePe services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for improving customer experience
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets for customer satisfaction, call handling time, and productivity
  • Representing the company in a positive manner and upholding its values.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹23,000.00 per month
