Minimum 1 year of experience candidate should have in hardware networking or Desktop Support.
Candidate have experience in OS installation, printer installation.
Prior experience in L1 Or L2 desktop support experience is must
Configuration of Outlook, Network Setting, Telnet, IP address, BIOS setup.
outlook backup, DHCP, DNS
Candidate should have good communication Skills
