Responsible for Call quality auditing and on-time feedbacks Conducting training/coaching sessions with the team members Able to effectively meet contractual SLAs pertaining quality audit targets To conduct and initiate weekly/monthly team hurdles on a regular basis to ensure all problems/updates are dealt with effectively & efficiently Candidate should drive Quality Initiatives in order to increase the Process Quality Scores and Overall floor agent skills and telephone etiquettes. Lead call listening sessions with cross function teams to ensure quality standards are maintained Candidate should have basic understanding and knowledge of Quality Assurance parameters, design of quality scoring forms, etc To assist new agents of the team by updating knowledge & bridge process gaps Visual Management – Team wise daily and MTD scores on Quality, CSAT to help in identifying gaps in the Process or Technology & make recommendations to streamline the same. Implement Weekly Call Calibration sessions internally and/or externally Abide by company and Client Information Security policies Key skills: • Excellent Communications • Time Management • Ability to multi-task • Ability to work well in and promote a team environment • Candidate should be involved in Analysis & Problem Solving (Innovative Thinking) • Attention to Detail. • Feedback Analysis, Good Listening Skills & Excellent People Management & Relationship Skills Process :- Us inbound sales Any sales background with domestic nd international exp with good / excellent comms.
