Roles and Responsibilities
Should Attend Calls / Contact New Client and provide appropriate information about our Services, Handling Client related queries and issues.
Follow new and existing clients.
Maintaining database in excel in a clear format.
Gain quick knowledge of our Products provided by the company.
Contact new or existing customers to inform them about our Services.
Understand the needs of the prospects and guide accordingly.
Answer the questions and concerns of New and Existing Clients.
Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
Strong Communication and listening skills
Should have Microsoft Excel basic knowledge.
Basic knowledge in Computers and formatting
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
