Job Objective
This position will act as a part of central Vendor Management Office to oversee various vendor management processes for effective and error free functioning of Ariba and MDG integration, along with monitoring and effective implementation of various techno-commercial policies through close coordination with CPO team.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Roles & Responsibilities
1. Governance of vendor on boarding process in ARIBA
2. Synchronization of ARIBA vendors in SAP MDG
3. Vendor profile updation in ARIBA based on communication from suppliers and users
4. Ensure vendor performance management compliance by individual business
5. Monitor compliance of various policies issued by CPO office
Technology and IT Enablement
1. Ensure smooth integration between ARIBA and SAP MDG
2. Communicate and implement changes required (as per new policy) in ARIBA with IT team
Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
Experiences:
1. Overall 3-4 experiece in procurement and vendor on-boarding
2. Knowledge of SAP MM processes
3. Knowledge of ARIBA platform will be added advantage
