- Coordination with base staff at airports for crew / base users transport
Vendor management
Know how of various best practices in industry
- Coordination with vendor team
- Preparation of MIS
- Preparation of various reports as per requirement.
- Proactive planning in case of any delay / operations disruption is anticipated. Inform proactively to the transport manager
- Conducting compliance checks of the vehicles deployed for transport duties
- Ensuring safety of the employees during their travel
Emergency response and coordination in case of any incident / accident
