FUNCTION: The Employee Relations team is part of the Total Rewards, Conduct and Policy organization within HR that focuses on enhancing the employee experience and developing best in class people practices firm wide. The team helps set and implement a global vision, strategy, operating model to better understand and respond to employee needs and concerns; as well deliver exceptional employee experience. This includes partnership with the business, function, and HR leaders on an in-depth review of feedback, culture & conduct, employee experience aspects of regulatory-related deliverables. Overall, this organization spans the traditional HR lifecycle, employee engagement and broader listening strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Part of a team of experienced Employee Relations (ER) professionals responsible for providing employee relations advisory, Guidance and case management of performance and non-code of conduct related matters inclusive of Performance below standards, Performance behaviors, Procedure failure, Managerial performance issue, employee conflicts, policy violations, legal litigation matter and other time sensitive cases that includes executive office complaints and escalations. Responsible for reviewing the cases to determine appropriate outcomes, advise on progression basis the through review of documentation, supporting evidence review and partner with control partners, Legal to support the disposition of the case. Ensure the case management documents meet the highest quality standards and adherence to case management timelines and system requirements; Support ER leadership on implementing key regional/country wide projects around case management, Simplification and Automation, build strong governance, policy and control;
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS: Strong knowledge or experience in case management related to unsatisfactory performance, unauthorized leaves, redundancy management, background screening failure and other HR policy violations; Demonstrated success in building strong relationships and trusted advisor status across Legal, GIRE, Compliance, Global Security, and with Human Resources colleagues; Knowledge of ER practices, Legal procedures, Legal drafting, Labor Laws and policies;JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
