Full Job Description
Having conceptual knowledge of
Wealth and Insurance & coordinating with service provider/vendor.
Process-Oriented mindset.
Candidate should have good communication skills as job involves
Managing day to day operational activity of Insurance & wealth Processing
Raising correct queries and work toward resolving the same.
Liaising with branch/RMs and IT/PDG/Regulatory team for resolution of queries
Candidate should be having go getter attitude to work and learn. Working knowledge of system flow, processes and should diligence in his/her approach to do the following work
Achieve productivity levels set / decided consistently with NIL errors
Escalating the matter to respective unit if not resolved within TAT.
Preparation of MIS & Publishing of MIS to internally.
Ensure TAT is being met consistently.
Ensure necessary data is made available to TL for fulfilling audit requirement
Ensure all evidences are maintained and submitted for activities being done in the unit.
