Full Job Description
Responsible for counselling cash patients based on the procedures planned and make sure all the clearances are in place for the patient and ensure collection of dues.
Carry out rounds and collect information of all the services rendered to patient previous day.
To explain bills to the patients, counselling regarding day-to-day expenditures, surgery costs etc.
To carryout rounds and intimate patients about payment of dues and answer their queries in this regard.
Report to Manager within TAT about any incidences or escalating issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
