Team Leader Operations for Domestic BPO

• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor in International BPO
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills
• Sales experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹28,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month

• Rotational shift
