Position Summary :-

The Chartered Accountant is responsible for the overall accounting including the

finalization of the accounts of the company and its group companies. It covers the work

pertaining to GST, TDS, Internal Audit, IndAS.

The position will work with the other CAs to ensure all accounting work is completed by

the accounting team members.

Job responsibilities:-

 Ensuring timely completion of the Audit of the Annual Financial Statements under the relevant laws.

 Ensuring monthly and annual GST compliances including reviewing and implementing. pronouncements as applicable, defining process and internal control around it and monitoring the necessary updates in the software.

 Ensuring Internal Audit and reporting is done per the provisions of CARO.

 Ensuring Investment accounting is done properly for all the investments of the group.

 Ensuring proper record keeping of the necessary documents and registers for the purpose of compliance.

 Liaise with various external agencies as may be required for dealing with the various Accounting and other compliance matters as may be applicable.

 Liaise with various external agencies as may be required for various other legal aspects of the company and its associate entities.

 Managing and monitoring day to day accounting activities and ensuring the same is in line with all the statutory laws and standards applicable including cross department co-ordination.

 To review and approve payments per the payment process and cycle.

 To work with the Internal and Statutory auditors for Internal Audit and Statutory Audit related work with special emphasis on Internal Audit.

Job Requirements :

Good knowledge of SAP is essential.
