Job Overview: We are looking for a friendly, customer-centric individual to join our team as a Call Center Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to provide information on our products and services, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers and provide a high level of customer service.
Resolve customer complaints and issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction.
Identify and escalate issues to management as needed.
Complete administrative tasks related to customer service.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
At least 1 year of experience or no experience with excellent communication skills in English language.
Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
