Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end service support to our customers.
  • Attend to customer queries, issues and grievances over phone, email & live

chat.

  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Gather and pass on the feedback from customers to product development

teams.

  • Proactively engage with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
  • Meet the high standards of professional conduct, turnaround time and

accuracy set by the team.

Requirements:

  • 6 days working.
  • Salary – up to 25k CTC.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Undergraduate can apply.
  • Rotational Shifts. (9 Hours)
  • Immediate joiner.
  • Location – Indore
  • Face to face interviews.
  • Interview Mode: – HR > OPS

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
