Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end service support to our customers.
- Attend to customer queries, issues and grievances over phone, email & live
chat.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Gather and pass on the feedback from customers to product development
teams.
- Proactively engage with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Meet the high standards of professional conduct, turnaround time and
accuracy set by the team.
Requirements:
- 6 days working.
- Salary – up to 25k CTC.
- Excellent communication.
- Undergraduate can apply.
- Rotational Shifts. (9 Hours)
- Immediate joiner.
- Location – Indore
- Face to face interviews.
- Interview Mode: – HR > OPS
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
