Customer Support Jobs Work From Home For Freshers

We are looking for a chat support agent for one of our business website. It will be night job.
2 weeks training will be provided after that it will be work from home.

Candidate must have his/her personal laptop and good internet connection at home.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate

Key skills (mandatory):

• Basic computer knowledge, for eg: candidate should know how to use the internet and social media.
• 90% of our customers are from Europe and USA so candidate should know how to write in English.
• Typing speed must be above average.

Additional skills which will give you an advantage.

• Has a diploma or graduation in any field related to IT or computers.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Candidate is responsible for chatting with our customers via online chat which is completely written not oral.
• Fulfill orders and note down the order numbers of orders completed.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Salary: ₹9,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
