We are looking for a female Event Manager cum Coordinator. The Incubation Manager will be responsible for overall operations and the coordination of all events, schools, workshops and training programs conducted under the respective initiative. She will oversee the activities of the Incubator and overall administration of the Incubator. This position requires a team player with excellent administrative and computing skills, a professional and positive attitude, organization and dependability. Candidate with a previous Experience as a School teacher or as a Vice principal will be more preferable.

Responsibilities

• Events and workshops: Conceptualize innovative Events and Workshops to talk about
• Incubatee Management: Manage the day- to- day interaction with the Incubatee
• Customer Servicing: Interact with the potential clients, mentors and partners and respond to queries
• Research: Stay updated about the latest developments in the core area of interest to the Incubator
• Administration of the Incubator: Develop processes, procedures, and policies of the incubator and manage day- to- day activities.

Candidate Profile and Preferred Skill sets/ Knowledge

• Basic understanding of the concept of Incubation
• Entrepreneurship and innovation Strong computer skills
• Preferably with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Outlook
• Access Event management capabilities and skill sets Strong time management skills, with ability to set priorities Marketing skills in advertisement
• Publicity through direct and online modes Research and Analytical skills Preliminary knowledge of various Industries and sectors
• Must have Knowledge about All the curriculam Activities of schools and have capabilities how to manage it properly

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
