Factory Job in Kolkata for 12th Pass

We have Job Opening for Factory Manager (Unit Head) in a manufacturing company.

Details are as under-

Job Responsibilities & Skills: –

Ownership of day-to-day operations in the factory
On-time sampling / production completion and shipment delivery
Conscious about the quality, finishing & efficient timeline.
Reporting to immediate supervisor for implementation and reporting on factory improvements.
Reporting and managing the TNA, coordinating with support departments for timeline of fabrics, trims, patterns etc..
Work closely with merchandising team and all departments for smooth process
Must possess good knowledge about fabric, stitching standards, threads, embroidery, printing and other garmenting aspects
Should have ability to handle team, entire factory operation for production to shipment,
implement strategies and ensure the corporate quality standards
Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
