We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation. This is an entry-level position for recent graduates or individuals with limited marketing experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Collect Leads from BUILDERS / ARCHI /PROMOTERS/INDIVIDUALS
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to support campaign execution
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
• Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
