Gym Trainer (Chandigarh,Mohali)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Gym Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fitness and have experience in developing and implementing personalized workout plans for clients. As a Gym Trainer, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating clients towards achieving their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized workout plans for clients based on their fitness goals, level of experience, and health status.
• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress towards achieving their fitness goals, and adjust workout plans accordingly.
• Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and safe use of gym equipment.
• Motivate and encourage clients to stick to their workout plans and make healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients.
• Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition and hydration to achieve their fitness goals.

Requirements:

• Certified Personal Trainer from a reputable organization.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing personalized workout plans for clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and encourage clients towards achieving their fitness goals.
• Basic knowledge of nutrition and hydration.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
