Project Administrator (WFH)
Full Job Description
Flomatik Network Services are seeking a Part Time administrator (30 hours / week). You’ll be delivering Contact Centre services for one of Flomatik’s largest client accounts.
Main Outline Duties and Person Requirement:
- Attend meetings to ensure contact centre team are following latest processes
- Raise Engineer uniform orders
- Provide reports as required by the customer
- Raise Change Request
- Maintain Customer notifications process
- Close down tickets
- Raise Fault tickets
- Run daily reports & save to SharePoint, e.g VMC, Customer numbers
- Check Serve Assure & red tools for customer connections
- Manage Emergency Call Handling Calls on particular projects
The Typical personal attributes (skills, aptitude and understandings) might include:
- Attention to detail and accuracy coupled with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically intermediate or above experience of MS Excel and ideally MS Access.
- Relationship builder, great attention to detail, diligent and can see ‘the bigger picture’ Appropriate educational background
- Strong communication skills, coupled with a good telephone manner and experience of dealing with multiple parties, both internal and external
- Good organisational skills and able to work logically
- Able to manage your own time effectively
- To recognise and escalate issues and seek assistance where necessary
- To be effective working in both a team and on own initiative
- Ability to work to deadlines and able to work under pressure to deliver on multiple fronts
