You will be appointed as a personal assistant to Dr Harsh Shah (Gastrosurgeon), Kaizen Hospital, Ahmedabad.

The job profile will be as under :

1. Updating patient data on thecomputer.

2. Attending to calls of patients .

3. Ensuring estimates are given for every patient properly.

4. Estimate conversion .

5. Replying to queries of mediclaims timely as per instructions.

6. Generating Google reviews .

7. Sending SMS/WhatsApp to patients post opd and for follow up and to IPD patients .

8. Conducting tele OPDs.

9. Calling patients of outside OPDs .

10. Ensuring less waiting time of patients .

11. Attending to digital platform leads .

12. Following up for patients’ reports and sending the same to patients .

13. Keeping rapport & liason with referring doctors .

14. Attending to Outside OPDs if required .

15. Attending CMEs when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
