Full Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
· Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
· Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
· Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, basic grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
· Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including; bi-weekly and semi-monthly attendance updates, overtime pay, attendance corrections and gate pass entries.
· Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes if require.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Prepare all HR Letters and distribute among employees within deadline.
- Keep employee master data up to date in excel format.
- Birthday celebration in respective department by giving Cards and chocolates.
- Assist Managers in Induction and other HR replated trainings.
- Assist Managers in employee engagement activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
