Banquet Manager

Full Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for complete Business development, operations & overseeing of all acitivties of the banquets. Will directly report to the director for monthly, quarterly & yearly performance reviews of the banquets.

ROLE

  • Complete supervision of all the activities & functioning of the banquet.
  • Responsible for developing business including associations with the corporates, event & travel management companies.
  • Hassle free execution of all the events to the satisfaction of the guests.
  • Managing of all the staff which would be directly reporting to him.
  • Following up on all payments from the customer for each event.
  • Coordination with the hotel team.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in hospitality with minimum 5 years of Banquet experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & sales skills.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and manage your team.
  • Personal charm to greet organisers, hosts and VIPs and to show clients you are giving them full attention.
  • Exceptional ability to plan & manage budgets and meet deadlines.
  • Experience of making P&L, financial statements.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
