Roles and responsibilities

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Manage the recruitment and selection process across the organization.
• Develop relationships with Campuses for attracting & hiring best in class talent from Campuses.
• Do end to end recruitment from sourcing to offer generation & pre joining followups.
• Manage candidate experience and ensure a good onboarding experience.
• Manage & foster client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Technical Skill

• Good interpersonal skills
• Should be a quick learner and should have a right attitude to learn & unlearn
• Being self-confident, approachable, and possessing leadership skills are important
• Be resourceful and well-organized.
