HR Executive

Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As a recruiter and HR Manager, you will have to hire and manage the team, and you’ll find yourself working closely with all our teams: Sales, Marketing, and
Systems. You will learn to improve the sourcing of candidates, apart from developing systems and processes for ensuring candidate growth and motivation for performance.

Sourcing and recruitment:

  • Sourcing candidates using innovative and creative mechanisms, via direct, referrals, research, job platforms, relationships, candidate database, etc.
  • Managing recruitment of the candidate and developing processes for the same
  • Managing employee induction, setting expectations, and alignment with company vision, mission, and values

Team Management

  • Manage employee communications
  • Maintaining HR procedures in compliance with regulations and developing and maintaining key HR metrics
  • Ensuring that employee requests and grievances are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work with the leadership team to improve retention and ensure a meaningful work environment
  • Handling leaves and pay sheets
  • Manage employee exits in an amicable manner
  • Working with the leadership team to enable training and development programs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹13,423.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
