Job Description :
- Coordination with TA team on daily basis for job offers issued, data collection, reconciliation & employee codes generation
- Tracking of daily trackers regarding new joining of candidates.
- Tracking of new joining kit as per Check list & process (SOP) all necessary statutory forms of PF-ESI etc, all necessary formats, KYC documents, photographs, education documents etc.
- Tracking of Background verification of new candidates.
- Maintain & share various trackers & MIS reports.
- Tracking of Employee codes generation within the specific monthly recruitment cycle ensuring quality & TAT.
- Ensuring process adherence in every sphere of work.
- Carry out tasks assigned by the senior.
- Input records of the personnel, maintain and update records in human resources systems for ready reference
- Create and maintain employee relations for the smooth implementation and execution of various company operations and policies
- Help in creating excellent employee experience in the company.
- Managing pre & post offer formalities
- Ensuring seamless candidate experience post offer & during on-boarding.
- New ideas to engage employees & managing fun/ engagement activates.
- Handling employee issues/ grievances & help to solve.
- Support in best HR practices
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per year
