Job Description

• Min 2 year experience in Recruitment, need to handle Non-IT recruitment.
• Expertise in Job Portals, Social Media, Referrals, Consultancies and others.
• End to End Recruitment starting from Requirement gathering from the Internal Team to the joining of the resource.
• Scheduling Interview with the internal.
• Salary Negotiations, offer confirmation, documents collection.
• Joining Process, onboarding, induction, and other formalities.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• MIS report maintenance and regular track of candidates and their details for your future reference. Other various HR Related tasks will also be included.
