The Export Logistics Coordinator is responsible for activities related to Import and Export shipments (Air and Ocean). Candidates must have strong background in freight forwarding, able to work in fast-paced environment, while maintaining clear communication with customers, logistics service providers, warehouses and plant management to assure the operations meet goals and objectives. You will work 1st shift.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinates import and export activities including reviewing documents received from overseas, tracing incoming shipments with steamship lines, creating arrival notices and making arrangements for customs clearance with broker and handling delivery instructions.

· Generate, file, maintain up-to-date customer records, reports, documentation, database, etc.

· Coordinate shipments with importers, truckers, and carriers.

· Prepare Export Invoice and Packing List.

· Ensure that all documentation meets 100% export regulations (commercial invoices, shipper export declaration, Bill of lading).

· Follow all AES Filing and TSA regulations.

· Provide price quotations within established guidelines for air and ocean shipments.

· Responsible for packing, weighing, and labelling small sample shipments.

· Oversee all the process and procedures of Export/Import is completed with as per the Govt regulations of the countries involved.

Qualifications

· 2+ years’ experience in Import and Export Operations with an NVOCC/Freight Forwarder.

· Basic knowledge of INCO terms 2010 / 2020, Customs regulations and other government agency requirements preferred.

· Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, organize, and manage time effectively

· Effective communication skills with customers, vendors, and co-workers through a high volume of e-mails, phone calls and verbal contact.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
