Location of Position Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
1 Application Usable approach as an End User
2 Client Coordination / Management
3 Knowhow about Application/Software’s functionality
4 Diagnose and understands software / Applications and hardware problems
5 Help our customers install applications and programs.
6 Understanding of Client’s pain, and issue’s severity
7 Remote desktop support activity to provide support to client.
8 Close Coordination with Support Manager/Developers
9 Good Understanding of various software related issues
10 Software support services including new product installation services.
11 Installation of product updates, migrations for major releases of software
12 Support for custom application or infrastructure software.
Job Type: Fresher
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
