Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership: Provide strong leadership to the team, motivating team members, and helping them to stay focused on the goals of the organization.
• Set goals: Set clear, achievable goals for team members, and help them to work towards achieving these goals.
• Plan and schedule: Plan and schedule team activities, such as meetings, training sessions, and project milestones, to ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor performance: Monitor the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching where necessary, and ensuring that everyone is working to their full potential.
• Manage conflicts: Manage conflicts within the team and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring that team members are working together effectively.
• Communication: Maintain open communication channels between team members, as well as between the team and other departments within the organization, to ensure that everyone is working towards common goals.
• Reporting: Report on the team’s progress to senior management, providing regular updates on project milestones, team performance, and any issues or challenges that may arise.
• Hire and train: Hire new team members and provide training and mentoring to help them integrate into the team and contribute to its success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
