Full Job Description

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the right team or employee they wish to meet.
  • Maintain record of client’s check in and check out.
  • Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, printing etc.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Computer knowledge must required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Amritsar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)


  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Front desk – Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
