As a Financial Controller, you will be a business partner for the production team and supporting departments in the area of ​​achieving the financial goals of the production plant in Skarbimierz. As part of this role, you will prepare periodic reports for the needs of plant management and support in planning and implementing the plant’s budget to ensure control over KPIs applicable in the section and factory.

In this position you will:

  • business partner of the section in the development and estimation of benefits from productivity and investment projects;
  • present monthly results of the section along with explanations of deviations for the team, indicating corrective actions and areas of opportunity and risk;
  • develop reports and analysis of results, report exceedances and prepare their explanation together with the section team and ensure compliance of the process with the Organization’s procedures;
  • prepare valuations of new products;
  • participate in the closing of reporting periods according to the Mondelez International calendar;
  • develop and update budgets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in analytical or financial positions;
  • Highly developed analytical skills, the ability to draw conclusions and recommend them based on available data;
  • Proactivity and boldness in proposing and implementing new ideas and standards in the factory;
  • Knowledge of the English language at a communicative level;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools;
  • Experience in working with SAP.
