In the role of S2P Knowledge Center Specialist will be a focal point for all Source to Pay-related inquiries. The Knowledge Center Specialist will be responsible for providing resolutions to queries from multiple stakeholders, managing the escalation process within the ticketing tool, tracking and reporting on issues and inquiries and creating self-service tools to support stakeholders.

- Act as a single point of contact for all Procurement and AP-related questions and issues
- Resolving, monitoring and tracking issues
- Responsible for escalating issues and needs to the appropriate Procure to Pay and AP teams for resolution
- Responsible for the development of self-service guides/tools to reduce the volume of queries and issues
- Providing support to team leader in terms of reporting and work organization

About You
What makes you stand out?
- Finance or Accounting Degree
- Fluent level of English (C1)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong Communication skills with experience in influencing stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in Procure to Pay processes
- Good Analytical skills to determine the logical flow of activities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Working North American hours – late shift
- SAP/Coupa working knowledge would be an asset
This role is offered as a hybrid position, from the Krakow Office.
