A career as Remote Customer Service Agent, Financing at National Bank means having the opportunity to grow and advance in an inclusive and stimulating environment. Come join our Advisor teams working full-time, 100% remotely, and handle our client calls from your home.

Your work from home

  • Answer calls from clients at home
  • Be attuned to their needs and resolve issues
  • Answer questions about their financing product
  • Offer customized solutions to their requests
  • Help clients use our banking applications
  • Provide advice and offer solutions in relation to their personal loan, student loan, line of credit, All-In-One, mortgage, etc.
  • Refer clients with specialized needs to your colleagues

Your work schedule

The centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The full-time position is 37.5 hours over five days. Employees work on a rotating schedule.

Your training and career development

You’ll start with a full-time remote training program lasting 6 to 8 weeks. The training program is centred around on-the-job learning on the phone and is supported by a remote trainer-coach.

Required skills

  • High school diploma
  • Customer service experience
  • Knowledge of financing products, an asset
  • Aptitude for building strong relationships and proactively establishing ties with clients
  • Our positions require you to be bilingual (English and French) since the sector serves an Anglophone and Francophone clientele

Preferred skills

  • Desire to learn and grow in a stimulating workplace that’s constantly evolving
  • Diligence in managing your files
  • Team spirit and the ability to adapt to frequent changes
