Lounge Agent

ü Render personal service to VVIP passengers/guests in the FBO.

ü Be a responsible part of pantry control and ordering of pantry items

ü Work closely with Customer Service Agent/Supervisor to ensure an efficient and professional service is delivered within the lounge area.

ü Facilitate comfort of passengers/guests and create harmonious atmosphere.

ü Greet and welcome passengers/guests to FBO.

ü Answers questions and advise passengers/guests concerning flight schedules; hotels; arrival or departure time etc if required.

ü Inform passengers/guests upon request, concerning schedules and travel itineraries.

ü Inform passengers/guests of FBO facilities i.e. rest room; amenities etc to promote comfort and well being of passengers.

These duties are indicative of the role and are not exhaustive and may change to meet the Companies Business Objectives from time to time as required by your Manager.

Salary: ₹10,515.21 – ₹36,044.78 per month
