Full Job Description

The role requires developing marketing campaigns for bakery products. It requires creative, analytical, digital and commercial abilities.


  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase the sale of various food products (bakery products)
  • Studying consumer wants, needs, and food purchasing patterns
  • Assisting in the creation of pricing strategies
  • Creating marketing collateral—promotional emails, social media posts, copy for ads and banners, landing pages, and sales pages
  • Setting up paid advertising campaigns, monitoring their effectiveness, and performing A/B testing to understand what works best for different audiences

· Visiting market and identifying key challenges and gaps to find effective solutions within the scope of marketing.

· Identifying consumer trends relative to the brand and keeping track of competition activities.

· Drive marketing content and communications across key platforms with focus on digital alignment.

· Planning in advance for special days such as Republic day, festivals etc.


  • 5+ years of experience working in Food Marketing and managing marketing campaigns
  • Master’s degree in Marketing (MBA)
  • Knowledge of the food industry
  • Ability to identify with the consumers’ psychology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics
  • Creativity and commercial awareness

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹30,125.97 per month
