Key Responsibilities

• Meeting internal as well as customer quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Execute tasks independently and also as part of a team
• Co-ordinating within the team and with other teams for project completion by studying customer’s requirements
• Daily MIS reporting
• Meeting pre-defined project delivery timelines
• Maintain and monitor project reports, time sheets, and other documents
• Strive for betterment & add value by contributing innovatively wherever possible

Requirements

• Excellent English verbal and written skills
• Quick Learner
• Responsible to create 3D system CAD drawings in Revit for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing
• Co-ordinate between trades to make sure their system fits in given structural/architectural layouts
• MEP Layout detailing, modeling, and drafting as per customer’s requirements, for buildings and project sites, using Revit with all kinds of LOD 100 to 300
• Preparation of HVAC shop drawings, ventilation and chilled water layout, duct, and pipe size calculations
• MEP coordination and clash detection with Architectural, Structure, and other discipline regarding projects using Navisworks
• Review and QA/QC project deliverables
• Must be an expert in the latest Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD software versions
• Able to create parametric families
• Aware of work sets collaboration BIM 360
• Understanding and implementing ISO and another predefined work process
