Must possess good knowledge in mineral crushing process technology, preferably in mobile crushing area.
2. Should have good Design Acumen & Clarity in designing perception.
3. Basic Knowledge of Hydraulics is preferable.
4. Conversant in manufacturing processes and service requirements of the product.
5. Highly Conversant in Auto CAD, SolidWorks, Pro E.
6. Well versed with 3-D Modelling and FEA package
7. Conversant with national and international standards and norms for design, like IS, ANSI,SAE, JIS etc.
The person is to work in a team of design engineers for development of a new product for crushing plant, interact with customers to evaluate technical specifications/ features of the product, interact with specialist suppliers and trouble-shooting at shop/ site. To develop conceptual model, and detailed engineering like, assembly & manufacturing drawings, BOM, Instruction Manual etc. He will be responsible for timely and accurate design and development of the equipment
