Position Summary
Overall in charge of Finance, Admin, and HR functions in the Organisation.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
FINANCE
Compliance:
- Compliances (PT, TDS,GST,FCRA,Charity Commission, Insurance, Income Tax, PF etc).
- Statutory Compliances.
- Technology
- Staff Salaries
- Tax Management
Accounts and Finance
- FUCs to be generated every quarter or AS…
- In charge of 100%
- Budget Making
- Budget Utilization
- Budget Reallocation
- Closures of expenses
- Audit Ready
- SOPs to be implemented
Technology: In charge of smooth usage of technology
Human Resources
Recruitment:
- Implement the recruitment process to ensure that all positions are filled up promptly with the right person for the job and as per the approved Resource Plan for the year.
- Ensure that there is an adequate database of potential recruits to minimize recruitment cycle time.
- Implement and co-ordinate induction for all new joinees.
Performance Management:
- Ensure that KRAs are set across different levels and are communicated to the employees.
- Implement the performance management system. Ensure that all employees are aware of the system.
Training and Development:
Organise the non-program related Training Programs such as soft skills programs
HR Administration:
- Maintain employee database, ensure all filing is done and all documentation related to personal records are completed.
- Implement HR policies such as office timing, leave management, entitlements, etc.
Attendance Processing:
Ensure timely execution of the attendance process and submit the same to Finance Manager.
MIS& Reporting:
Regular reporting as per MIS requirements on number joining per month, attrition data, cost per hire, etc.
Statutory Compliances:
Ensure all statutory compliances are adhered.
Exit Processes:
Conduct the final settlement procedure of exiting employees.
Employee Welfare:
Conduct periodic employee welfare events and programs
Be the first point of contact for employee grievances and redressal complaints.
ADMIN
Overseeing the Admin work as follows:
- Maintenance of infra structure
- Filing and Documentation
- Maintenance of Stock
- Nutrition / Dry grocery to the night schools.
- Purchase of all items including for schools and delivery co-ordination.
Skill:
- Domain knowledge in education
- Strong written and oral communication
