We have an immediate Openings for International Non voice process- Telecommunication at Chennai location.

Experience required: 1-4 years

Salary range: 1.76 LPA – 2.18 LPA

No of vacancies: 70

Work location: Chennai one building – Thoraipakkam

Shift timings: 12 PM- 9.30 PM/ 1 PM- 10.30 PM

Key Skills:

· Min 1 year of experience in Telecommunication domain (Mobile Networks / ISP provider /DTH/Broadband & Fixed Line) (Technical support /Customer support/Customer service /Voice/Non voice Back office)

· Min 1 year of experience in Telecommunication domain (Mobile Networks / ISP provider / Broadband & Fixed Line) with Technical knowledge (Networks/Order management) will be an added advantage.

· Should be flexible for Mid Shift.

· Good oral and written communication skills.

· Strong multi-tasking skills.

· Self-starter who is excited about learning new technologies on a daily basis.

· 5 days working, Based on business requirements to work in any Saturday’s.

Educational qualification: Any degree / Diploma (15 years of education Mandatory)

Note: Fresher’s NOT Eligible.
