Academic Qualification & Work Experience:
- Graduate / Undergraduate in any stream from recognized institute & education board.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound / outbound calls from / to customers
- Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions
- Upsell / Cross-sell other offerings of the organisation
- Maintain good customer relations
- Maintain confidentiality of transactions
- Follow Company and Client Code of Conduct
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
