Full Job Description
Job Summary:
Designation – Customer Care Executive/Sr.Customer Care Executive
Shift Timing :-
- Full Time – 5pm to 1am(Canada)
- Part Time – 5pm to 11pm(Canada)/ 6.30pm to 12.30pm(Canada)
Job Location – Work from home
Age – No Bar
Salary – 10,000/- to 15,000/- + Incentives
Saturday- till 10pm working
Week off – Sunday
Experience Required – At least 3 months of experience in Tech Support Outbound Process
What we are looking for….
- Candidate from Tech Support sales process background are welcome
- Candidate must have good communication skills in English
- Candidate should have own Laptop/Desktop, wifi and headphone with mic(Like BPO)
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Candidate should have good convincing skills
- Candidate must have good listening and patience skills
- Candidate should be ready to take challenges
- Candidate should be result oriented
Responsibilities and Duties: Providing supports to the Customers through voice calling and promote the services.
- Guiding them through step by step procedure.
- Describing the computer related problem to the customer
- Transfer the call to the senior for sale purpose
