Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • The implementation of a global commercial strategy
  • Managing one or more of the following teams: Sales, Business Development, Customer Success and Marketing
  • Driving revenue growth through leading large sales opportunities
  • Defining and developing growth strategies
  • Leading recruitment initiatives covering all commercial functions
  • Setting and monitoring KPIs
  • Motivate staff to meet or surpass organisational goals
  • Evaluate newly implemented revenue goals and strategies
  • Encourage communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to prevent problems from arising

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of revenue-focused experience
  • An ability and desire to learn new skills quickly
  • Experience in data-driven strategic decision-making
  • Genuine passion for technology and social media
  • Fluent written and spoken English
Preferred Skills:
  • Additional language skills (e.g. German, French, Spanish)
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS (any of the following): Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Partnerships, and/or Marketing
  • Proven at leading teams
