Packing Jobs in Kolkata

a) Finished Goods receiving from Production floor as per Challan received with Entry in ICS.

b) Planning and Distribution of received goods to Packing floor for Cleaning and coloring. Managing the Packing floor team for cleaning , coloring , inserting cards , stuffing, final packing of the goods and handing over the shipment to FF agent on time.

Final checking of the packed cartons randomly to meet customer specification before handing the shipment to FF agent.

c) Checking Repairing goods received from Production floor and judge the quality of repaired goods.

d) Preparation of packing list of specific buyers , calculating the packing configuration ( no. of pcs in 1 carton ) , Gross weight , Net Weight , Volumetric weight and Volume of the shipment.

e) Coordinating with different supplier of packing materials like cartons , stuffing paper , insert cards , poly bags and raising PO’s for a particular order.

Checking the packing material goods received and submitting the supplier’s Challan/ Invoices to Accounts department.

f) Preparing of the sample goods – Bags , wallets and belts with proper tagging , maintaining the sample records and coordinating with Courier company’s for despatch .

Maintaining record books of all the samples being despatch with specific details.
