Looking for smart and aggressive FREELANCE RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE for a fast-growing recruitment consultancy based out of Dubai – ONLY COMMISSION BASED (WORK FROM HOME)
The HR Executive will report and work very closely with the Director and other outsourced partners. Your role would be to source apt candidates and arrange job interviews. You will be assisting the team and candidate in the entire interview process.
Candidate Profile
• Should have his/her own Visa
- Previous recruitment experience is a MUST (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE)
• Good knowledge of the job sites in the region
- Should have his/her own laptop and mobile to call candidates.
- Willing to be dedicated few hours working from home
- Willing to call 50-60 candidates per day
- Only candidates currently in UAE may apply
- IMMEDIATE START
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: AED1.00 – AED2.00 per month
