Little Spartans is a start up that provides in-school and after school sports programme for children aged 1.5 to 10 years. We are looking for an energetic, passionate and Preschool teacher who can lead activity based classes for preschool aged kids. This is an exciting role for young and energetic individuals who are passionate about working with kids. We are a very child-centric company and are looking for people who take genuine interest in children. The candidate must be willing to let go and have fun during class, thereby creating a fun and engaging learning environment to impart physical, social and cognitive skills to children aged1.5 to 10 years.

Job Requirement

• Must be passionate about working with kids. Prior experience of working with little children or in any pre-school will be an advantage
• Young and energetic – Active individuals between 20 and 30 years of age only will be considered.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Must be willing to travel to various locations within Chennai
• Fast Learner

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading our sports based activity classes at our centres as per the lesson plan and ensuring that the class is fun and engaging for children.
• Teaching, managing & assessing students and identifying strengths and weaknesses of kids.
• Ensuring that the program delivery meets all our company norms, standards and values.
• Should prepare venue and equipment ready for the class and activity planned.
• Should be able to train individuals with a different range of abilities regardless of age, gender or disability.
• Undertaking administrative tasks and reporting to the Head Office.
• Maintenance and upkeep of our sports equipment at the assigned centre.
• Ensuring that regular and relevant feedback about child’s progress is communicated to the parents.
• Must be well versed with the school policies and ensures that the school policies are adhered to at all times.
• Ensures the safety, health, hygiene and security of the children entrusted to them.
• Notifying centre head of any areas of concern.
• Participating in demos, events & other activities as and when required.

Experience in curriculum planning and montessori training will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
