We, Brand Days Darling , which is engaged in the scarf & hijab fashion sector, are looking for digital marketing that understands the world of internet marketing. Someone who can create online marketing campaign strategies , market research so that they can increase sales, brand awareness and customer engagement.

Job Descriptions:

• Digital data analysis to optimize sales on e-commerce, marketplace, tiktok websites
• Understand marketing strategy, copywriting, product branding, email blasts, etc
• Make copywriting for creative content and captions about fashion and promotions for online media
• Post and market products through social media and e-commerce
• Develop strategies and optimize online-based promotions
• Able to increase sales targets
• Make a marketing timeline plan
• Receive orders and answer questions from customers
• Looking for new media / facilities that can bring in customers
• Organizing and monitoring the stock of goods in e-commerce
• Generate regular online sales reports
• Packing and monitoring the goods sent

Requirements:

• Preferably Female, who have graduated D3/S1 open for all majors at the university & have personal laptop
• Have the ability in the creative field; digital marketing, brand development, ads, etc
• Mastering Google ads, Instagram ads, FB ads
• Understand social media algorithms
• Able to operate Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• Able to communicate well, friendly & polite
• Creative, innovative and solutional personality
• Active and up to date with trends in the online world and social media
• Have photography, photo & video editing skills
• Able to work individually or team
• Mastering basic English
• Have work experience in this field at least 2 years

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: From IDR 2,000,000 per month

• Surabaya: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
