Candidate must have good knowledge about Dispatch / PPC / Billing/ Loading/ Unloading

Dispatch Packing as per planning and clients requirement.
Proper Documentation
Co -ordination with transporters.
Physical dispatches.
Co -ordination with factory & marketing team.
To ensure that load correctly, manifest and ultimately dispatch all owned / contracted vehicles for the purpose of delivery to our customers according to S.O.P
To take ownership in the running of the day-to-day dispatch operation.Recognize and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
Ensure all outbound paperwork is accurate and recorded correctly.
Ensure all orders are completed and systems updated accordingly.
Ensure all records electronic and paper are being maintained and recorded correctly.

Prepare Packing List PPC Experience of Production Planning control (PPC)

Customers complaint handling for job work Stock Management MIS PPC (Daily Basis) Billing Knowledge about: – Sale invoice & purchase invoicegenerate invoice
