Purchasing and Procurement Officer

1) Knowledge of French,

2) Mali or Burkina or Faso or Togo location

3) Aluminium and Battery procurement experience

Job Responsibilities:

•  Research potential vendors for scrap, consumables and other required material or equipment for company.
•  Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers to sustain cost feasibility of our products on daily basis.
•  Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing for procuring material.
•  Track orders and ensure timely delivery of material on site with required quality of material.
•  Responsible to procure raw material or equipment in timely manner as per the given targets by Company management to continue non-stop production.
•  Review quality of products before and after procurement.
•  Enter and maintain updated records of vendors, purchased products, delivery information, invoices, payments, rejections, advances given to vendors / internal staff, etc.
•  Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
•  Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
•  Coordinate with staff to ensure proper storage at various locations of procurement  Establish and maintain company procurement depots domestic and internationally with accurate accounting details
•  Help in day-to-day production activities, optimization, maintenance issues, cost effectiveness, company’s cashflow, etc.

Your place of posting will be at present at Ghana but you are liable to be transferred to another department or associate company, post or place either in existence or which may come into existence herein after either at the place of posting or at any place where the management may establish/open its branch/office later on and also to associate companies of other countries.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
