Create visually appealing and creative graphic designs for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other platforms to effectively convey the brand message and meet client objectives.

Update design work and project progress in an organized manner on an Excel sheet or project management tool to keep track of project status and ensure timely delivery of design assets.

Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to understand their design requirements, provide creative input, and incorporate feedback to produce high-quality designs that align with the brand identity and marketing goals.

Maintain a proactive approach in staying updated with the latest design trends, software, and technologies to continuously enhance design skills and bring innovative ideas to the table.

Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities beyond designing, as needed in a startup environment, to contribute to the overall success of the agency. This may include tasks such as assisting with client communication, project coordination, and other related duties.
