Sampling Merchandiser

• New Sample Development with in-house team and vendors
• Photoshoot samples. Ensuring follow-ups with the in-house teams
• Coordinate with Branding team for photoshoot and arrange samples for photoshoot
• Maintaining record of samples
• Get the Correction done in samples as per designer’s comments
• Record keeping of samples and sample trims fabric and accessories
• Hand over the final samples to production merchandising Team
• Update accurate data on Manufacturing Panel
• Bills of material creation

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Should have good knowledge of computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Power point, Word etc.
• Must be working on ERP system
• Should understand ethnic wear and Indian Market
• Proficient in fabric knowledge, Costing, Vendor Handling, Excel Charts and Calculations
• Should be high on coordination and execution
• Must be process oriented

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Graduate with Diploma in Fashion
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in Merchandising
